Independent bakery Direct + wholesale

A platform that runs itself

The Crumb Cartel sells direct to customers and to cafés and shops buying in bulk. Two audiences, two shapes of order, one business. We designed a single platform where retail browsing and wholesale accounts coexist, with automated approvals, minimum order rules, packaging variants, and payments. No spreadsheets, no chasing. New ideas keep slotting into what is already there.

Everything feels like it's becoming less human at the moment. This was the opposite. We built it together, at the pace that suited us.
