Who we are

MycoFlow Systems Ltd (company number 16819555) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. To contact us about your data, use the contact form.

What we collect and why

Contact form. Your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact us. The form is delivered by Formspree, which processes the data on our behalf.

Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records which pages are visited and how. Our lawful basis is your consent. Nothing is set if you reject, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

Booking a call. If you book a call, Microsoft Bookings collects the details you enter on the booking page so the appointment can be arranged. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: arranging the conversation you asked for.

Where your data goes

Formspree is based in the United States, so contact form messages are processed there. Google may process analytics data, and Microsoft may process booking data, in the United States and other countries. Each explains how it protects personal data sent from the UK in its own privacy policy: Formspree, Google and Microsoft.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking details: 12 months after our last contact, unless the enquiry becomes a piece of work. We then delete them, including the copies held by Formspree. Analytics data: 2 months, after which Google deletes it automatically.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to how we use it, through the contact form. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
